I'm 5'7 156.. The shirt didn't fit too good. I got a medium. Should have gotten a small. I also felt that I'd I did get a small the shirt wouldn't be long enough vertically. Wouldn't recommend.Worst shirt I've ever ordered. Threw it in trash.This shirt is cut like a woman's shirt. Large roung neck combined with a shorter torso and rounded bottom edge. The material is a printed on rayon type feeling like a PJ top. I got a med for my son but I knew it wouldn't fit him right so I kept it. I'll wear it to bed or to lounge in the house and for that it's ok. I'm just saying this is cut like a woman's shirt
